When I got the Dream 2 Rabbit Vibe I was worried I’d miss my clitoral suction. Let me explain. I tend to be more of a clitoral suction girly. If a toy doesn’t involve suction, I’m usually not reaching for it. Internal stimulation on its own? Never heard of her. Still, I get to try a lot of different toys as a sexologist, and I know I can be surprised. Sometimes toys that I thought would blow my mind end up being a bit meh. And other times they are a really, really, pleasant surprise.
Rabbit toys are kind of nostalgic for me. As a millennial, I am reminded of that Sex and the City episode where Charlotte buys a rabbit vibrator and gets hooked. The other girls have to stage an intervention to help her leave her bedroom! So, I jumped at the chance to review the new Dream 2. I was sure it would be good. I knew Wild Secrets had put a lot of work into the technology. Even without the clitoral suction.
And like I said – open mind.
But when the Dream 2 Rabbit Vibrator landed on my desk a little bit of me wondered how good could it really be without the suction? Like would I even… you know?
I needn’t have worried. Not at all.
Dream 2 first impressions
In this article:

What struck me immediately about the Dream 2 is that she is beautiful.
Remember when I said rabbits were nostalgic for me? I bought my very first one over 20 years ago – and it had a lot going on. Think a rubbery, kind of sticky material, rotating pearls, and SO damn heavy.
But the Dream 2 doesn’t feel like a ‘more is more’ rabbit vibrator. So many dual stimulation toys try to do everything at once and end up feeling rigid, oversized, or like they’re fighting your anatomy instead of working with it. This isn’t that. The Dream 2 feels considered. Like someone has actually thought about what it would be like to hold it, to use it, to work with it. The design feels flexible in the right places, whilst also being structured enough to guide, but not overpower.
Also, she’s pink and gold. So pretty!
I know this toy has been a long time in development, and it shows, right from the start.

I didn’t miss suction
Okay, I need to explain this. Typically, people masturbate the same way. Like the same position, same type of stimulation, even the same room in their house. And all with the same outcome focus. Inadvertently we adopt the belief that ‘this is how I cum.’ So, if you are someone that usually masturbates with say, a clitoral suction toy, and you think that’s what you need, that might not actually be true, but that might be the neural pathway that has formed in your brain.
So, while I have a pretty open mind about what my body can do, I still thought I’d be hanging for that suction sensation.
But that didn’t happen.
What I experienced instead was something I wasn’t expecting from a rabbit vibrator at all. The internal vibration quality is genuinely excellent. It’s that deep, rumbly, more enveloping sensation, like you expect from a heavy-duty wand perhaps. The one that builds in a way that feels immersive and penetrative, rather than surface-level vibrations. That alone would make it noteworthy, but it’s also about how everything works together.
What I love about the Dream 2

The Dream 2’s shape and flexible design, allows for genuine positioning freedom. A lot of products say they are ‘ergonomic’ but the Dream 2 actually earns that claim. You’re not forced into one rigid way of using it, which matters enormously. All bodies are built differently and the Dream 2 honours that by allowing seamless adjustment whilst maintaining contact with the body. That makes a huge difference for people who have previously felt like rabbit vibrators just don’t quite fit right. This is important for ease of use too; people have a range of mobility and accessibility needs that this toy does a good job of addressing.
That clitoral stimulation
It’s also worth noting something special about that external arm. The aim of the design was not just clitoral stimulation, but also labia stimulation, with vibrations that are intended to stimulate the internal arms of the clitoris. That layered approach really works – even without suction, the external arm still delivers a steady, focused sensation that pairs surprisingly well with the internal rumble. But I think the real win here is that it doesn’t try to replicate suction. It doesn’t overpromise on that front. Instead, it complements what’s happening internally rather than competing with it. It’s that balance, that working together, that makes this toy so successful.
Pushing those buttons
Something else I loved – the buttons and display are super easy to use. I have some toys that even after literally dozens – okay probably hundreds – of uses, I still get confused about which button does what. Or I forget which setting I like and have to scroll through to find it again. The Dream 2 has an actual LED number display – so you can find the one your favourite, and easily return to it! They’ve really thought of everything.
Even small details like the ‘stand to dry’ feature make a difference, because it’s one of those practical design choices that makes afterwards feel simpler and more hygienic with zero extra effort.
Dream 2 final thoughts
I truly didn’t expect to enjoy the Dream 2 as much as I did. As someone who usually gravitates toward suction toys, I assumed it would be something I appreciated but didn’t personally reach for again. But this has completely shifted my expectations of what a rabbit vibrator can feel like.
The combination of deep, rumbly internal sensation combined with the steady vibrations of the external arm, all within a flexible, body-responsive design is an absolute win for me.
I mentioned at the start that I bring a pretty open mind when it comes to trying new things in the bedroom. I’m human so I don’t get this 100% right, and I still make some assumptions about what will work for me and what won’t. But I do think my curiosity, my willingness to be open and just see, serves me well when it comes to allowing my body to respond, explore and open up. Next time you are considering a toy that you’ve previously thought ‘nah that doesn’t really work for me’, I hope you remember this and maybe give it another look.
I’m certainly glad I did!
